Lena came to us as an exchange student from Ukraine and filled a void in my mother-in-law's life. Mrs. Judy took Lena under her motherly wings as she would her very own. Mrs. Judy living alone at the time was immediately full of life and girlie conversation! This was not just a whimsical decision or thought... Mrs. Judy carefully went through several applications, shared them with all of us, prayed earnestly and chose Lena to come live with her and go to high school here in the United States. Who would have ever known that just a few years later she would find the love of her life here in the States and be getting married this year?...We, as her family here are honored and elated to be a part of such a wonderful time in her life.
Best part of all.... I get to take the pictures! haha Lena... we love you dearly and are so thankful for you and what you have meant in Mrs. Judy's life! See you in Camden on the 27th!!
