Wedding Bells are ringing....

Well it's almost wedding time again! Joseph and Victoria will be getting married this Saturday... and I'm soooo excited to be doing their pictures! I have been so anxious to share her bridal portraits with all of ya'll... not much longer now! She's going to be a beautiful bride... I know I've seen her all "dolled" up! heehee

On another note.... I've got to get on the ball and get some "creative juice" flowing in the brain on what I'm gonna do with my kids on my holiday card this year! That is if I can get the eldest child to come home long enough to cooperate. Teenagers...ugghhh.....

If any of ya'll have ideas for your cards, my cards, or anything.... write me! I'm game to try anything... I'm thinkin' something with my gang on our horses since that seems to be our life right now and Jacob's so glad to be getting his horse back from his sister! Think the horses would cooperate with scarves and bows and lights? hahaha

Half way through the week....

Good Evening All! We just had such a fun time with friends eating steaks and sitting outside in the cool fall weather! I love Fall! I thought I'd share these dainty little flowers though to remind us of how much we adore Spring time too!
Well... we'll be gone again this weekend... Rodeo time again! Grace will be running barrels, David will be working the back pens, and Me & Abby will be ...yea, you guessed it... taking pictures!!!
Have a good weekend...

The importance of family

I have to share with each of ya'll how much of a gift it is to have my Grandmother to share my children with! "Mafay" as we call her is 81 years old now and still a hoot! She went to the Rodeo with us at Fort Gordon and was a trooper. I never want to take for granted what a special gift it is to be able to enjoy her with all three of my kids! Thank you God... it blesses my heart!
Hey... and if any of ya'll still have your grandparents.... go hug 'em and listen to some of the stories they have to tell... Mafay said she had not been on the Fort Gordon base in 31 years... when she was there it was with my late Granddaddy Gene who was stationed there...now that's a "Life Story!"

Ya'll have a good week next week...we've got back to back rodeos coming up so we'll be getting ready all week to leave on Thursday evening... Grace will be running barrels on both nights at Fort Gordon.

The sounds of bath water!

Wow...a warm bath would be nice right about now... I can hear my girls giggling in the bathtub as they make those beautiful shampoo hairdos! Gettin' close to bedtime around here.... I still have photo editing to catch up on from this past weekend's wedding though!
